This painting is the second work in the series "Recycled Memories," inspired by my childhood experiences and the narratives that have influenced my artistic development.
I grew up in a middle class family in a bustling neighborhood during the early 90s, a time when children played freely in the streets, as video games were not yet dominant. This environment deeply influenced my artistic practice.
In my work, I strive to capture the essence of childhood, reflecting the energy and vibrancy of those formative years. The colors and forms I use evoke a sense of nostalgia, allowing viewers to connect with their own memories of youth. Each piece serves as a mirror to my experiences, making the emotions and sensations of that time palpable. Through my art, I aim to create a tangible link to the past, inviting others to engage with the joy and innocence of childhood.
