I created this painting in the moments of reflection, knowing if to accept the bad as it seems or accepting the bad in a good way. "That's my dad seated on the couch and groaning in so much pain after he got into an incident and twisted his ankle real bad ". The yarn in my work I used to express my emotions on what I felt about the situation and I represented my emotions as 'flowers' depicting togetherness and love in the midst of chaos. At some point, I chose to see the good in the bad in hopes that joy can still be found in chaos and pain someway.
