Lillian Ogbo is a Nigerian visual artist based in Ibadan, Oyo State. She works primarily with oil on canvas but often experiments with other mediums as she continues to discover the best way to tell her story through art.

Her practice explores themes of solitude, healing, and the identity crises faced by young people. Each piece is an intimate reflection of the emotional struggles that often go unspoken, using storytelling as a bridge to connect with viewers on a personal level.

Although still at the early stages of her journey, with a few student exhibitions during her Fine Arts and Design studies, she approaches art as a process of growth rather than perfection. Her vision is to create works that resonates emotionally, each painting serving as a conversation between her inner world and the audience, inviting those navigating the complexities of being young in today’s world to pause, reflect, and find a sense of connection and comfort within her paintings.
